What can I say about the Morgan Chronicles? Light hearted, witty and intellectually stimulating. These are all words I would use to describe a top quality blog. Unfortunately, the chronicles fails to tick any of these simple boxes. The often sarcastic humour may amuse infantile author Tom Morgan, but often comes across as egotistical and derogatory.
Upon entering the blog, the gentle viewer is immediately confronted with the glaring title ‘Where sarcasm and wit join forces’. This instantly gives a taste of the vulgarity that is to follow. Be warned, this sort of poorly thought out and insulting tone is repeated throughout the page.
The ‘News page’ and recently added ‘Game reviews’ barely disguise their real intent - a blatant and poorly implemented attempt to appeal to the masses. The ‘Poetry corner’ meanwhile contains a poultry two poems, both of equally deplorable quality.
Ultimately, if you’re looking to waste some time, and don’t have any recreational drugs to hand, the chronicles does do a stand up job as an alternative suicide method. If you value your life however, this reviewer recommends you leave well alone.
